Rodden and Cooper Ltd began as a partnership between friends Andy Cooper and Steve Rodden in 1991.  The company has expanded over the years and became a Limited Company in 2003, moving to new premises on Louth's Fairfield Industrial Estate in 2009.  We now employ nine staff all of who have a regular training programme. Our core business being New builds, Extensions, Renovations, Maintenance and Groundworks in both domestic and commercial premises.

Our new premises have been purpose built, by ourselves,  to a very high standard.  The site called Elsham Park contains seven units with an eighth under construction.

Responsive Maintenance is very important to us and we regularly respond to repairs and emergency work at local School and Government premises.  Due to the sensitive environment of these sites, we ensure that all of our staff are CRB checked.

You can feel confident that any work undertaken by Rodden and Cooper Ltd is to a very high standard as all of our staff have a training programme  to enhance their skills and to enable them, and the company, to maintain the Industry Standards and keep up to date with current legislation.
